Creation of BGA package in manual mode

1. From the
Library Editor → Package Editor
.
2. Select the required pad from the Padstack library as per the package is PGA or BGA or you can create your custom padstacks.
3. Repeat it in the X and Y directions with the pitch given.
4. Choose the function tool
“Re edit text”
→ select the
COMPDESC
→ Give the number of pin arrays matrix (here a 4x4 matrix array is selected), and provide the letters as much as the pin numbers (Here A, B, C, D are used as letters i.e. 4 numbers) →

5. Create the outline for the package with the adequate dimensions
