How to work EDWinXP in User Mode?
Error
The application failed to initialize properly
  (0xc0000022).

REASON:
The permissions aren't setup properly
on MSVBVM60.DLL in your Windows System32 folder. Seems as though
this problem surfaces if OPSSQL was installed when Microsoft
  Anti-Spyware software was running.
Solution
1. Go to SYSTEM32 folder

2. Locate the MSVBVM60.DLL file
and right click on it, and select Properties
3. Go to the Security Tab

4. Click on Add. Type Everyone
  and hit OK

5. Back at the Permission form, make sure Everyone
is assigned Read & Execute permissions.

6. Click OK

Why
Don't I See a Security Tab on the Properties dialog for My Files and Folders
  in Windows XP?

You often need to make changes in the security settings of
your NTFS disk, for example to allow your Web server to read
or write to certain files. You make these changes on the Security tab of the
Properties dialog for the file or folder you are working with. However, on a
Windows XP computer that is not part of a network, this tab is often not visible.
Follow these steps to enable this tab.

  1. Open a Windows Explorer. To do that choose Start
    | Run..., type explorer and then hit enter.

  2. Choose Folder Options...
from the Tools menu. Click the View tab
and then scroll all the way down in the Advanced settings list.
Make sure that Use simple file sharing (Recommended) is not checked.
Although Microsoft recommends enabling simple sharing, in this case you can't
use it as it prevents you from making fine-grained security changes.

  3. Click OK to apply the changes
    and close the dialog..
