Mousewheel stopped working

Schematic Editor is the module in EDWin used to build Schematic diagrams of circuits. Mousewheel stopped working

Suddenly the mousewheel stopped working in the schematic editor, it works in the Lay-out editor and the lib-editor.

What to do, can't find any settings that controls it.

Dear TLEC,

We have checked this error and could not reproduce. Also, this error has not been reported by any of the users. Please check if any other operation has made the mouse wheel not working.

Well, it works everywhere except the sch-editor.
