Gerber generation

Gerber generations have several flaws.

- The default settings could be better. (No macros please).
- Many settings is not remembered between sessions. (Yes, I want to generate a board outline and check for multiple holes).
- The file dialogs do not point to the project folder, nor does it remember the folder from previous setting in the project.
- The drill generation file dialog do not match the gerber file generation. Not the same file name and not the same place. Best would be if you could set up one place to generate the gerber AND the drill file and this should be stored for the CIRCUIT, not only the project.

The file dialogs problem is very critical because if you produce several boards at the same time it is very easy to by mistake save the files in the folder for another board.
