Toggle Arc Insert Problems

For the first time I use "Toggle Arc Insert" in laying out a simple round shapped board. When I save it sometimes it see some of the traces in error and deletes them with an error message in the Integrity report having to do with something about traces being on the wrong side without a via (wier as this is a single sided board, or when I reload the file it displays portions of the traces as large round pads in True Size mode. In Fabrication manager it seems to create the gerber files correctly. Trouble is if I need to edit this file I have to delete the offending traces and re-route (a pain in the neck), which I have done several times trying to fix the problem. I looked at the trace properties and the 'arc' or 'no arc' properties are not exposed to edit or view that I can decern. I am using version 6.1 revision 20080315, serial # 600311. If you could resolve this for me I would be thankful.

Now I tried to upload the file for your review and it didn't allow the following extensions *.EXP, *.TMP, *.NO EXTENSION and *.TXT. It's been of of those kinds of days!
