In Layout Editor.
WHen Routing, it would be much easier if one can define two layer-pairs to route on, making it much easier to route.
Currently, when routing on Comp-layer, switching Layers, switches to Solder-Layer, But that's normaly not what you want.
Similar when routing on layer A, a switch is to Layer Z.
A nice thing would be, if I were able to select say, Comp.-Layer and Layer A, and were able to switch between these with the F6 Button.
Currently, only half of the layers is selectable in each layer box.
Also, when the trace is completed, edwin should automatically go back to the first layer, avoiding the need to manually switching back to the start layer.

Dear TLEC,

do you mean it in Parallel routing of Traces in layout editor?

Parallel routing of traces can be done in the following way.

In layout editor select the Tools -> Connections select first tool "Route".Then press "Shift + E" and select the pins of the component to route parallel traces.

No, what I mean is when routing, "change placement layer" only changes between Sold/Comp pair or A/Z pair etc.
If I for example select Sold and A-layers in the layer boxes, the "Change placement layer" function should toggle between those two layers, now one have to do the time-consuming "Place on selected layer" then select which side and then what layer to use.
And so on.
